Junior Analyst/Institutional Business - a HK based Asset Management, SOE subsidiary
Core job description:
1. All client onboarding and trading account set up by liasing with internal MO/BO and externals;
2. Assist with fund clearance, trade settlement, fund subscription/redemption and other settlement tasks;
3. Assist with investment proposals and product proposals to clients, including marketing deck;
4. Provide project based and ad hoc data support and research support;
5. At least basic understanding of asset management/fund business and/or fixed income asset class;
6. Able to travel if so required.
Requirements:
1. At least Bachelor's degree in Finance, Fund Analysis or related majors, no more than 2 years' work experience, graduate with related internship experience accepted;
2. Detail oriented, strong communication, time management and analytical skills with an observable and demonstrable commitment to learn;
3. Team player with an open-minded attitude, especially towards progressing into a Sales role;
4. Strong commercial proficiency in at least English and Mandarin/Cantonese, other language bonus;
5. Solid Mircrosoft Office user, Bloomberg proficiency plus.
