Roles and Responsibilities
* Maintain good relationships with clients and help to develop business for the company
* Diligently respond to end-users' and channel partners' product-related inquiries in a timely manner
* Provide full-spectrum management and support for key accounts such as communication, call notes, follow-ups, and administrative support
* Work closely with internal and external parties to deliver timely, efficient, and effective service to customers
* Provide software training and support to our channel partners
* Act as the walking Knowledge Base for our partners
* Provide general administrative support and perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
* Diploma or above in related disciplines
* Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
* Be familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* At least 1-2 years of relevant experience (F&B industry is a plus). Fresh Graduates are also welcomed.
* Good interpersonal Communication Skills
* Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin would be a plus
* Excellent problem-solving skills
